The smart information is still showing Normal. I wiped the disk and put the disk back in the TS419P+ and it recreated the partitions and rebuilt the raid 1.

I removed the drive again, ran seagate seatools against it, no errors were found and the hdd was in good health. I ran the SMART tests and no error was found, the SAMRT information was showing OK for each test. The rebuild was successful but SMART was showing a status of "Normal" instead of "Good". I was a bit suspicious of this, bit of a coincidence this happened following upgrade, no problems prior and drives only 12 months old Anyway, I removed the drive and re-inserted it so that the raid 1 was rebuilt. Hi, Following my firmware upgrade to 3.8 my system reported bad sectors on one of my drives ( seagate ST32000641AS 2tb ).
